Grown harvested and dried on our herb farm in the Noosa Hinterland, Lemon Myrtle is so popular that it always fresh.

We pick the whole leaf, dry and flake it for convenience.

Found to help as an:
anti-fungal, anti-viral, a calmative and a sedative.
It is used locally in cosmetics, perfumes and insect repellents.

2 Teaspoons of flakes
1 cup hot water

Stir the herbs into the hot water and allow to stand for 10 minutes, covered.
Strain off and drink following meals or when needed.

Regarded as very safe.

Half a teaspoon in a pot of black tea is so refreshing that one wonders how you ever did without it.
