My absolute favourite lily, this 'bringer' of summer is so lovely in the garden that I could not be without it.
Just when winter is beginning to get you down, the leaves start to appear from the barren ground and continue to push on and upward until October-November when the plants reach one metre high and send forth anything from 5-20, white trumpets.
The plants group nicely, increasing their number year after year but do need to be divided every second year or so.
The bulbs can be cooked and eaten, or used to treat burns or acne, but we don't.
2 x Bulbs,any time of year. $4.00
Unfortunately we cannot supply plants, rootlets or divisions to Western Australia, Tasmania or outside Australia.
