Arabian or Chinese Tea Jasmine

Not to be confused with Chinese Star Jasmine, J.sambuc flowers are the distinctive additive that makes Chinese Jasmine tea so special.

It is a beautiful evergreen climber that flowers fragrantly almost continuously throughout the year. Pausing only in the dead of winter.

In South East Asia, the the flower tea is used as an eyewash while the root is used for fevers.

The flowers can be used fresh or dried to add to black tea to perfume the tea.
