While maybe not a true garlic, it is a true Allium and has it's very own advantages, especially on the dinner plate.
Apart from earning it's other common name of Elephant garlic, it is mild and rich in flavour.
Russian Garlic can be fried or roasted, as it is and included in the meal as a proper vegetable instead of a culinery additive.
