Potted herbs are grown in our nursery from our own seed.
Click on the Herb name to view the individual plants. Plants are sold as Potted,
Bare rooted or Bulb and rhizome.
Combined postage of seeds and plant can only be processed on our

We cannot send live plant outside Australia, Tasmania or WA.
Apart from the quarantine difficulties, the plants would probably not survive the long transit anyway.

Potted herb and seedling plants will be posted in the way that each are best able to survive the post.
Some herb plants are 'bare rooted', (Ziplock Bags) some plants will be in tube stock pots and other herbs may have their roots wrapped.
Some experience with planting bare rooted plants is handy but as long as leaves are clipped, (so not too much leaf is exposed through which the plant will lose moisture) and the roots are kept reasonably moist at all times (not saturated) then you can expect a high degree of success. Some herb plants are deciduous and may not have exposed leaves at the time of purchase.
If the season is not right, no amount of prodding or repotting will bring about an early budding of leaves.
Just be patient. It is best not to transplant the potted herbs until they are showing signs of growth.
